Where this came from

The same thing kept happening. The idea was rarely the problem. The problem was that nobody had ever shown them where the risk actually lived, plainly, without judgement. Once they could see it, the fear turned into a plan. That moment, the relief of finally understanding your own idea, is the whole reason plainspokn exists.
